By downloading, accessing, or using the KaryaCraft mobile application, desktop software, or web services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Your to-dos, shopping lists, notes, and schedules belong exclusively to you. KaryaCraft claims zero ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any text, lists, or materials you create or store within the app. You retain full ownership and control over your personal data at all times.
3. Fair and Respectful Use
KaryaCraft is designed to help you organize your daily life and focus on what matters. You agree to use the service for lawful personal and organizational purposes, and you agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our servers, network, or sync services.
- Attempt to access accounts or private information belonging to other users.
- Use automated scripts to generate unnatural burst traffic or abuse our sync infrastructure.
4. Offline Reliability and Availability
We strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. Because KaryaCraft is built to work locally on your device, your to-do lists, reminders, and notes remain fully accessible even if you are offline or if our sync servers are undergoing brief maintenance.
5. Subscriptions and Easy Cancellation
KaryaCraft offers a generous free tier as well as optional premium plans with advanced features:
- Transparent Billing: If you choose a premium plan, pricing is shown clearly upfront with no hidden fees.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your app store account or account settings with zero hassle.
- Continued Access: If you cancel, your premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
6. Deleting Your Account
You are free to stop using KaryaCraft at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the in-app settings (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting support.

We build KaryaCraft with the highest standards of craft, security, and care. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaryaCraft and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
