At KaryaCraft, privacy is not an afterthought or marketing spin — it is the foundational rule of everything we build. We believe your daily schedule, personal to-dos, doctor appointments, and family errands are deeply personal and belong exclusively to you.

1. Private by Design

Most productivity and checklist apps are built to track your behavior and show you ads. KaryaCraft is built differently:

• Your tasks stay on your device first: When you add a reminder or grocery item, it is saved instantly on your phone or laptop. The app never slows down or waits on an internet connection just to let you check off an errand.
• Zero advertising trackers: We do not include third-party ad networks, social media tracking pixels, or invasive behavioral analytics in KaryaCraft.
• Zero data mining: We never read your tasks to build advertising profiles or sell information about your habits to data brokers.

2. What Information We Collect (and Why)

We only collect the absolute minimum information required to make your app work smoothly:

• Your Account: If you choose to create an account so your tasks sync across your phone and computer, we store your email address and a securely encrypted password.
• Your To-Dos and Notes: If you enable cloud sync, your task titles, notes, due dates, and categories are saved in our secure cloud solely so your phone, tablet, and computer stay in sync with each other.
• Basic Crash Diagnostics: Anonymous technical reports (such as whether the app crashed on an older operating system) to help us fix bugs and keep the app reliable.

3. We Never Sell or Rent Your Data

We have never sold user data, and we never will. We do not monetize your personal schedule, we do not partner with data brokers, and we do not use your private to-dos to train public AI models.

4. Bank-Grade Security

When your tasks synchronize between your devices and our cloud servers, they are protected with industry-standard bank-grade encryption:

• Encrypted in Transit: Modern TLS encryption protects your data anytime it travels between your device and the cloud.
• Encrypted in Storage: All stored task lists and backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256 standard encryption.

5. How to Permanently Delete Your Account & All Data

You are always in complete control of your data. If you ever decide to stop using KaryaCraft, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data in seconds:

Alternatively, you can send an email to privacy@karyacraft.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email address, and our support team will process the deletion immediately.

What happens when you delete: All of your to-dos, notes, lists, tags, and account details are immediately and permanently erased from our active servers. Nothing is kept.

6. Your Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

No matter where you live in the world, KaryaCraft gives you full privacy rights:

• Right to Download: You can export all your tasks and notes at any time in universal standard formats.
• Right to Correct: You can edit or update any of your profile details directly in the app.
• Right to Be Forgotten: Instant, permanent account deletion as outlined above.
• Right to Offline-Only Mode: You can use KaryaCraft purely on your device without ever creating an account or syncing to the cloud.
